This was in a very sensitive environment due to the vicinity of the cancer patients and breast imaging laboratories. It was imperative not to disturb the daily functions of the existing clinic located adjacent to the construction.

At the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center, in Dallas this project was on the sixth floor of an occupied medical research facility.
The material handling logistics were extremely sensitive due to the environment we were working in. The procedure to overcome the obstacle was simply to schedule all material transfers early in the morning to avoid any conflicts with the medical staff.

The projects were completed at The Texas Womans University in Denton, Texas. Work was started and completed during the summer months so as to not interfere with normal class schedules. Both projects were completed on time and in budget.
TWU 104 consisted of approximately 6800 sq/ft of demolition and reconstruction of new offices and new classrooms.
TWU 204 consisted of approximately 3300 sq/ft of demolition and reconstruction of new class room on new light weight concrete flooring. |
